Senator Lundy to launch “Good grief – Good health; a public health approach to bereavement education in the ACT”

Senator Kate Lundy will launch a new publication by the ACT Cancer Society dealing with bereavement. This publication aims to educate the Canberra community about ways to cope with grief as well as highlight the services available to those who need help in coping with grief.

When:  TOMORROW,

Wednesday, 17th December, 1997 from 10 – 10.30am.

bullet Only half of the Canberra population know that bereavement services exist and less than J of people from Non English Speaking backgrounds are aware of these services.
